Vitalife delivers to customers in over 200 countries and regions across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Our goal is to bring our products to a global audience.

Currently, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:
Aland Island, Ascension, Azores, Balearic Islands, Bouvet Island, Caroline Islands, China Mainland, Eritrea, Northern Mariana Islands, Somalia, Somaliland, Spanish Territories of North Africa, Yemen, Yugoslavia, Zaire.

2. Shipping Process & Order Tracking

Your order journey is designed to be transparent:

  • Order Confirmation: An immediate email confirms your purchase.

  • Payment Confirmation: A follow-up email confirms successful transaction processing.

  • Shipment & Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a final email containing your tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

3. Shipping Timelines

Your total delivery time consists of:

  • Processing Time (3–8 Business Days): After you place an order, our team conducts a quality check, prepares your items, and securely packs them for shipment.

  • Transit Time: Estimated transit times for each available shipping method are provided at checkout and detailed in the “Shipping Methods” section below.

Please note: These timelines are approximations. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, local regulations, carrier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your items, your delivery destination, and the chosen shipping method. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Flat-Rate Shipping Offer:

  • Orders under $39.00: A flat fee of $5.99 applies.

  • Orders of $39.00 or more: Enjoy FREE standard shipping.

To meet the needs of customers in different regions, Vitalife partners with leading global carriers to offer multiple reliable shipping methods based on your location, order weight, and product type.

Our shipping services include:

  • Standard Shipping
    This is the most economical option, suitable for most orders. Packages are typically delivered within 10–20 business days after dispatch. This service is provided through reliable regional and local postal networks.

  • Express Shipping
    For urgent orders, we offer a fast air freight service, ideal for small parcels. Through our partnerships with major international carriers like UPSFedEx, and DHL, this service provides door-to-door tracking and international delivery typically within 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping
    A balanced ground and air service offering quicker delivery than Standard. Primarily handled by carriers like UPS and FedEx, it provides domestic delivery in approximately 2–5 business days, complete with comprehensive tracking and insurance.

Please note:

  • Available shipping methods and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product restrictions, and customs requirements.

  • The most suitable shipping method for your order will be automatically selected or shown as an option at checkout based on your address and item eligibility.

  • Detailed tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders once dispatched.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs authorities in your country may assess import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), or brokerage fees.

Important: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your item or shipping costs paid to Vitalife.

We are legally required to declare the accurate value of all shipments. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or lower the declared value.

Since these fees vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information applicable to your order.

  • Delivery Estimates: All provided delivery windows are estimates based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use reliable global and local carriers. In specific cases (e.g., restricted items or remote locations), we may use alternative services to ensure safe delivery, which could affect the estimated timeline.

  • Dispatch Point: All orders are packed and shipped from our central distribution warehouse in Hong Kong to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
